Hello Everybody! I'm offering a scholarship for my divorce & family mediation course in Saint Paul this July 7 - 11. I'll notify the winner on April 13. The regular price for the course is $1,950.

Martina Cirbusova will be here from the Czech Republic to co-train with me. Sami Sexton and Raelene Caswell of Standpoint MN will present on Domestic Violence. Sharon Press will present on Mediation Ethics. Greg Heberlein will discuss the psychology of separation and divorce. Martina will share the cutting-edge Child-Inclusive Mediation Model (which is different from child-centered or child-focused, and means giving the kids a meaningful voice in the process, if they wish).

The mediation curriculum was created by Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation. It's the method used in the United States Postal Service's highly successful REDRESS program. All are welcome - there's no need to be a lawyer or to have any particular background. You can use this training professionally or in your everyday life.

This training also qualifies you for the Minnesota Supreme Court's roster of qualified neutrals (Rule 114), and has been pre-approved for 40 CLE's for lawyers and CEU's for social workers.
