This “policy” isn’t a policy. It makes zero sense. There’s no plan to back it up. It’s like his healthcare plan that was never unveiled during his four years in office.
Student loan relief targets people who paid their principle balance off, and were burdened with interest after years, decades of paying their loan. The $ freed up now goes into the economy, and is used on things like buying a home. Like it or not, this is not about debating that program. This is about a policy (cutting prices of homes in half) that has no parameters, no outline, no rules. It’s a statement intended to gain support with zero ability to be implemented.
