Happy Holidays!

What a year it’s been! We are finally settling into the new office and if we haven't seen you yet, we can’t wait to see you there soon.

As the hustle and bustle of holiday festivities are in full swing, we would like to pause for a moment and reflect on our appreciation for those of you who are a part of our journey! We are grateful for each of our clients, colleagues, and friends! It’s hard to believe that in March we will celebrate the firm’s 5-year anniversary!

When Prop19 passed many Californian’s were shocked they would no longer be able to pass their Prop 13 tax basis to their children. The Howard Jarvis Tax Payers Association is collecting signatures to repeal this portion of Prop 19 and reinstate the parent child exclusion. Signatures on the petition need to be returned by January 16 to get the measure on the ballot. Happy Holidays! What a wonderful year! From establishing a beautiful new space within our office on Figueroa to serve our clients; to welcoming home Theresa (who was my first Paralegal way back in 2012); to being able to carve off a restful getaway with family at Shaver Lake in August-- I could not have asked for more.

We are thankful to our family, colleagues, and clients for your continued support.
