This home is different from what we originally set out to find, but it checked all the right boxes when it came to location, neighborhood, and long-term potential.
After many conversations, a bit of patience, and a lot of negotiating, we were able to bring everything together and get to a place that worked for everyone. I can't wait to see how these buyers make this house their own and turn it into a one of a kind home!

Real estate would be easy if it were just opening doors and writing offers. That's what many people think.
But...there are the inspections, appraisals, repair negotiations, contractor meetings, title issues, financing hurdles, scheduling conflicts, last-minute surprises, and approximately 1,000 phone calls, texts, and emails along the way.
The good news? My clients don't have to handle all of that alone.
