ABOUT US

Princenthal & May has built a superior reputation on its dedication and commitment to obtaining the best result possible for each and every client the firm serves. Based in Sandy Springs, with a new office just opened in LaGrange, we handle cases throughout Georgia, and our attorneys specialize in wrongful death and significant personal injury cases, as well as workers’ compensation claims. A testament to the firm’s reputation and ability is the fact that the majority of clients the firm represents are referred to us by other attorneys and former clients. A FOCUSED APPROACH

In order to provide the highest quality of service, which can only be achieved through concentrated focused, the firm is divided into two teams. The Personal Injury team is dedicated to representing victims seriously injured by the negligence of others. The torts giving rise to such cases involve trucking accidents, automobile collisions, medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability. The Workers’ Compensation team represents men and women who suffer on-the-job injuries, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, crush injuries, burns and injuries resulting in disfigurement. A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT

While the firm maintains separate teams for personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, our attorneys work together on cases which involve both the negligence of a third party and workers’ compensation claims. For example, a client who is injured while using a defective machine while at work may have a product liability claim against the manufacturer of the machine and a worker’s compensation claim. Similarly, a person who is injured in a motor vehicle collision while on the job may have a worker’s compensation claim and a tort claim against the at-fault driver who caused the wreck. In such cases, the firm is able to bring together the specialized knowledge and experience of both the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation teams to maximize the client’s recovery. THOROUGH AND AGGRESSIVE PREPARATION

We prepare every case to go to trial. We immerse ourselves in the legal and medical issues, and get to know our clients on a personal level so that we are fully aware of the losses they have suffered. We hire the most qualified experts and gather all evidence necessary to be successful at trial. Because we are prepared to win at trial, we are often able to maximize our clients’ recoveries through settlement.

After a violent incident on someone else’s property, security choices may come under scrutiny. After an attack or other incident on a property with inadequate security, possible damages may include more than immediate medical bills and lost wages.

A property injury claim depends on the hazard, notice, and the facts surrounding the incident. Photos, incident reports, witness names, and medical records can become important evidence.

Evidence of the condition can be harder to recover after the site is repaired or cleaned. Contact Princenthal, May & Wilson, LLC for guidance about premises liability in Georgia.

After a Georgia e-bike crash, medical care, reporting, scene photos, witnesses, and preserving the damaged bicycle and helmet can protect both health and evidence. 🚲 Responsibility and coverage can differ if the crash involved a driver, defective component, rental operator, unsafe property, or roadway hazard. E-bike class and traffic rules, comparative fault, app or GPS data, and all potentially applicable policies deserve review before fault or compensation is assumed. For an e-bike injury claim in Georgia, a dated timeline can connect the scene evidence with later treatment and losses. 📝 The complete post puts an e-bike injury claim in Georgia into practical context.

A motorcycle passenger may wonder which driver is responsible for the injury. A motorcycle passenger injured in a crash may have a claim involving the other vehicle's driver, the motorcycle operator, or both, depending on fault.

A motorcycle claim may depend on crash evidence, medical records, and the full course of recovery. Photographs, witness details, and treatment records can help explain the impact of the collision.

A fair review should include the long-term effects of the injuries. Contact Princenthal, May & Wilson, LLC for guidance about motorcycle accidents in Georgia.

How long will a negligent security case take? There is no single timeline that applies to every claim. ⏳ The circumstances of the incident and the legal process can affect how a case progresses.

Negligent security is a recognized practice area for Princenthal, May & Wilson LLC. For someone pursuing a claim in Sandy Springs, understanding what happens during the process can make the timeline easier to follow. ⚖️

Our team can review the circumstances surrounding an injury and discuss what may be involved in pursuing a negligent security claim. Each matter can require its own evaluation, so another person's timeline should not be treated as a prediction for your case.

If you are considering a claim, use an initial consultation to ask what information may be needed, what the process could involve, and how communication will be handled as the matter moves forward. 📋 A free consultation gives you an opportunity to raise those questions before deciding what to do next.

Waiting for answers about an injury can be frustrating. If you have questions about the potential timeline of a negligent security case, contact our team to discuss your specific circumstances.

A slip-and-fall case starts with a simple question: what made the property unsafe?

For Georgia injury claims, the answer may involve a spill, uneven surface, poor maintenance, inadequate warning, or another condition on the property. From there, the focus often shifts to how long the hazard existed and whether the responsible party had an opportunity to address it.

Princenthal, May & Wilson, LLC provides information for people considering a Georgia slip-and-fall claim.
