Nicole joins us as a legal assistant, bringing years of experience in trust and estate law — trust administration, estate planning, and trust litigation support — built at a boutique trust and estate firm and, following its acquisition, at the national firm Frost Brown Todd. She is equally at home guiding clients through sensitive trust and estate matters and keeping complex litigation running on all cylinders.

An Orange County native, Nicole spends her free time with her family and cheering on her son at his baseball games.

Blaine M. Brown, co-founder of OC Trial Group, APC, has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2027. It is the seventh straight year he has received the recognition.

Most of the matters Blaine handles begin the same way. A family notices that money has moved, or that a trust does not say what everyone understood it to say, or that an elderly parent has become difficult to reach. By the time we are retained, the damage is usually done and the question is what can be recovered.

Seven years of recognition in that kind of practice says something about consistency. We are glad to have him leading these cases, and we congratulate him.
