Some conversations are worth having, even when they’re uncomfortable.

Comfortably Numb was one of those events. We came together as community management and HOA professionals to have an honest conversation about mental health in our industry, sharing personal experiences, challenges, and realities that often go unspoken.

There was vulnerability, connection, and a lot of “me too” moments. We talked about things people don’t always feel comfortable talking about, and reminded each other that none of us have to navigate this industry alone.
