Twenty years ago, Little Miss Sunshine was in theaters, and the idea of flexible legal talent as a strategic part of an in-house legal department was still far from mainstream.

As Paragon Legal marks 20 years, our 20 Faces of Paragon series continues with Jessica Nguyen, Chief Strategy and Legal Officer at Sandstone and Strategic Advisor to Paragon Legal.

In 2006, Jessica had just graduated from law school and was beginning her legal career. Two decades later, she has helped shape legal strategy and operations across growing organizations while watching the role of in-house counsel evolve dramatically.
