🏠 Floor Plans in the MLS: Know Before You Upload

Floor plans are a great way to help buyers understand a property’s layout—but when they’re added to the MLS, they need to stay focused on the property, not the agent or brokerage.

✅ Property address, room labels, dimensions and layout information are allowed.
🚫 Agent or brokerage names, logos, contact information and website URLs are not.

Quick rule: If your floor plan includes agent, team or brokerage branding, remove it before uploading the image to the MLS.

Throughout August, the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® is partnering with the Welcome Home Project The Welcome Home Project to help families transitioning out of homelessness create a place th all home.

We're collecting new, unboxed household essentials—from bedding and kitchen supplies to cleaning items and hygiene kits—to support individuals and families as they move into permanent housing.

Every donation, big or small, helps turn an empty apartment into a welcoming home.
