We just closed on 36 Zita Manor, and this one carries a lot of meaning. This is the home where the seller lived for decades. This is where she raised her kids. The home is full of memories and history for her family. Sadly she passed away recently. Being part of this process was truly bittersweet. While it marks the closing of one chapter, it also represents a transition for the family and the continuation of her legacy in a different way.
