Think comfy couches, warm lighting, maybe even a furry friend or two! 🐶

Why? Because buying a home is a HUGE deal, and we believe it should be an amazing experience from start to finish. We want our clients to feel comfortable and relaxed, not intimidated or overwhelmed. We're talking about more than just a transaction, we're talking about building relationships and celebrating milestones. This new space is all about creating those special moments and memories that will last a lifetime. 🥂

And there's not a single second of it that I forget it. It's remarkable what we can turn into a reality here even on our worst of days. The state that was built for a dreamer.

This is the time of year that I feel it the most as we step outside and face our blue sky brutal winter days, I am constantly reminded that we live in the best city.

Extremely grateful to live here, build my business here and share my life with sunshine.

The truth is I never expected to be able to afford to live in La Jolla but I'm in the neighborhood. And its a stepping stone in one of the fastest appreciating zip codes in all of San Diego and even the country.

These days, its all about strategy and timing. Most people will waste time trying to time the rates and appreciation but when it comes to real estate prices in San Diego, you're always ahead to act sooner rather than later.

More often than not people assume their dream neighborhoods are off the table but that's where working with a neighborhood specialist really changes your experience and trajectory of your income!

Sometimes the longest journey we have is back to ourselves.

I used to think it had to be perfect. That is had to be on time and that I had to control all the factors that lead to it in order for it to be perfect.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you how that ends, right?

It hasn't always been an easy road but one I take solace in knowing is my path.

And that I can be truly happy wherever I land, however I land. And somehow in the end, I'm thankful for the turbulence. Because even if it didn't feel like it at the time, it was all on time afterall.

I can't recommend this book enough, one of the ones that struck a cord and has stayed with me ever since.

Loved the opportunity to chat with these two beautiful ladies as I caught in the midst of their day grabbing some lunch. One of my favorite things about North Park is that I could ask 10 different people the same question and they'd likely all have their own answer, different than the next because this community offers so much.

Welcome back to our spotlight series this week! Today we're cruising through one of my favorite neighborhoods and place that I call home - 📍La Jolla!

There will be a lot of people that try to tell you that this neighborhood is unattainable but I am living proof that you can find deal EVERYWHERE when you know where to look and who to align with.

As we headed to our latest rental listing, we enjoyed a rolling tour through some of the best $7 tacos spots with a sunset view, the most affordable studios in this part of town, my favorite trees, architecture and even a little bit of Mykonos right here in San Diego.

When it comes to relocating or finding your own little nook of San Diego, I can't stress the importance of working with a neighborhood specialist like myself. One thing I pride myself on is fully engulfing in these communities to understand the unique nuances that each one offers. San Diego has such a unique and eclectic culture to within our micro communities, it is not your traditional surburbia, cookie cutter community and each has something particularly special to offer the locals and is very well protected by them as well.
