✨ REINTRODUCTION TIME ✨

For all the new faces here, HI! I’m Krystle Rains.

I’m a San Diego Realtor®, military relocation specialist, accidental comedian, professional problem solver, and someone who somehow turns open houses into a full-blown social events.

I help people buy, sell, invest, relocate, and occasionally emotionally recover from Zillow.

Since there are so many new followers here lately, I figured I’d share some random facts about me so you know who’s showing up on your feed.

🩰 I danced for 16 years, tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip-hop, lyrical and even including pointe. So yes, I can negotiate contracts and survive on broken toes and caffeine. I LOVED cheer but dance and gymnastics are my fave.

💕 I’m a former runway model. Which explains why I can confidently walk into million-dollar listings pretending I totally have my life together.

🏡 I’m obsessed with real estate because it literally changed my family’s life. Generational wealth isn’t just a buzzword to me. I’ve seen firsthand what property ownership can do for families.

🌟 I’m an MRP + ABR certified Realtor®. Check out my reviews here and on Google! These are fancy letters that basically mean I fight for my buyers like it’s a contact sport.

💕 I can make friends literally anywhere.
Open house? Grocery store? DMV line? Doesn’t matter. Money isn’t my currency, relationships are.

🐾 I have a new family member. His name is blue. 🥹 He is about 3 pounds, 3 mos old and he was abandoned at my daughter’s work. Safe to say I have a new best friend and infant!

☀️ I love gardening. Tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, artichokes, plants I accidentally overwater… all thriving.

🐊 I love all animals, as showcased by the photo attached. Took my daughter for her 17th birthday to an exotic animal place and what a neat experience I can’t speak highly enough of!  yes that monitor lizard was 6 feet, I held him and he ripped my favorite Vuori pants. WORTH IT. 

😍 I’m deeply committed to making real estate feel less intimidating and way more fun. You don’t need to “have it all figured out” before calling me.

Most people don’t realize how powerful equity in real estate is… until years later. After almost 10 years in this business here in SoCal, I’ve watched the same pattern over and over.

People hesitate.
They wait.
They think the timing isn’t right.
And it makes sense to be uncomfortable if you haven’t been educated or guided properly.

Then a few years later, the inevitable call comes my way… “Krystle, I wish I would have bought when I could.” or "Back then."

Equity isn’t just about what your house is worth, y’all.

It’s control.
It’s security.
It’s options.
It’s the ability to handle life when life happens.

I come from a family that built generational stability through real estate, and I’m incredibly grateful for the knowledge they passed down to me. I’ve seen firsthand how owning property can change a family’s future, not just financially, but emotionally too. The memories tied to homes, the security, the freedom… it’s something special.

I’ve also seen the other side.

Clients who didn’t buy because of world events, politics, or uncertainty… and now the same neighborhoods they were looking at have skyrocketed in value because of growth, demand, and development.

It isn’t always the right time for everyone.

But the truth is… waiting often costs more than people realize.

One of the biggest things people don’t understand is that equity gives you options later.
