When someone says, “I’m not ready to buy a house right now, due to high interest rates” I totally get it.

But here’s a little perspective: mortgage rates today are a bargain compared to the sky-high 18.63% they hit in 1981. Yes, you read that right—18.63% 🤯.

So, even though rates are not what they were in 2021, it’s still a fantastic time to make that home purchase!
