As per County Judge Peter Sakai, Bexar County offices and all court dockets will be closed today Tuesday, January 31, 2023 due to inclement weather.

Emergency and essential infrastructure services personnel will report as usual to their assigned work locations. If you are unsure of your status, please contact your immediate supervisor.

County employees may call the county’s weather line at 210-335-2258 for updates to county schedules.

The Bexar County courthouse is open and trials are up and running. This week we secured a Not Guilty for a client who had been waiting since 2018 for his day in court.

These past few month have been very busy. We have finalized quite a few divorces and child custody issues. We have also been able to get dismissals on several criminal cases such as Aggravated Assaults with a Deadly Weapon, Evading Arrest, Felony Theft charges and Drug Possession cases. We also were able to work out favorable deals for those cases that have been waiting for their day in court. Hope everyone stays safe!!
