His family immigrated to the United States early on and he was raised among the working class people of West Texas. The first in his family to graduate college, Javier has met and overcome adversity from an early age. Despite speaking no English when he entered kindergarten, Javier went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 with a degree in Psychology and Texas Tech Univers

ity School of Law in 2002. After law school, Javier moved to El Paso, Texas where he began his career at the prestigious plaintiff’s firm of Scherr & Legate PLLC and became a partner after four years with the firm. In 2008, Javier opened The Law Office of Javier Espinoza, P.C. in San Antonio, Texas as the principal owner and shareholder. Due to the success and growth of the firm, what started as a one man office subsequently became The Espinoza Law Firm, PLLC in 2013.
