Today's decision is BAD, to quote AILA leadership: "it fails us all, it fails the courts and it fails our Constitution". Several class actions have been filed to protect birthright citizenship & the hope is the constitution will hold up, but the consequences of today's Supreme Court decision is already being felt in the community and unfortunately it will have devastating consequences beyond the birthright citizenship issue.

13 yrs since DACA was announced, over 600k beneficiaries remain in limbo. All have lived in the US at least 18 yrs, many much longer, all need path to permanency, a path to legal status.

If your DACA expires in a year or less, renew now & if you didnt come on a visa, request advance parole.
