🏡 CLOSED | FIRST HOME | BIG WIN.

Thank you to my buyers for trusting me through every step of this process. I fought hard to get them their closing costs AND a brand-new roof as part of this deal, and seeing that come together for my buyers made every conversation, negotiation and late-night text worth it.

The reality is, buying your first home right now is no small feat. In fact, first-time buyers made up just 21% of home purchases in the latest NAR report — but there are deals to be put together with the right agent.

So if you’ve been telling yourself “maybe next year” or “I don’t think I can buy right now,” let’s at least have the conversation. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you call me. You just need to be willing to start.

Congratulations are in order for some of my sweetest buyers on the purchase of their beautiful new construction home in Sherwood! After touring several homes together, we found the *one* with this builder — and just 27 days later, we’re officially closing on this upgraded gem.

I’m endlessly grateful for the people who trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. But when my high school friends’ parents put that same trust in me, it feels like a whole different level of special. Plus, is my second transaction helping them with their primary residence, and getting to be part of these milestones is something I’ll never take for granted. Real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. it’s relationships, trust, and getting to walk alongside people through all different seasons of change.
