Part of what we do in our business is assist great people while they are going through difficult situations. People going through foreclosure may not understand that they have options at all, let alone that they may have the ability to get out of the situation. We work with homeowners to educate them on the solutions they have based on their situation. Even after an auction sale

date has been given to a homeowner, there are still options. Some people inherit houses that are not a blessing, but a burden. The Heirs may not live close, or the house might not be in a condition where it can be sold and bank financed through traditional means. This situation is often more financially and emotionally difficult than the family can handle. We are very proud of how many people we have been able to help and look forward to continuing the mission of serving our community in the future. Unfortunately, in our effort to reach out to the people who do need our help, we sometimes upset people who are in very difficult situations and aren’t interested in the help we can provide.
