That’s a wrap on 2026! 🦩🎃

From setup to teardown, Lacy, Laura and Mandy brought the spooky season spirit to Scottsdale. Cappy, our neon flamingo, found a new skeleton friend, and our little library sent plenty of title pros home with a good book for the flight.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth #4, entered our giveaway and swapped stories (and books) with us. We also loved connecting with Women in Title and meeting a few four-legged friends along the way.

Great conversations, new connections and a reminder of why we love this industry.

The Capitol Lien team made some new friends at ALTA ONE 2026! 🐾

Between sessions and great conversations on the exhibit floor, the Puppy Corral was a highlight of the week. A few minutes of puppy snuggles was the perfect recharge, and it’s safe to say our team didn’t want to give these little ones back.

Thank you to ALTA and everyone who made the Puppy Corral happen. We hope every one of these sweet pups finds a loving forever home.
