Took the July California Bar? Now what?

You survived law school. You survived the Bar. Now it’s time to put all of that hard work to use.

Porter Scott is hiring Post-Bar Law Clerks.

We’re looking for J.D. graduates who sat for the July 2026 California Bar Exam and are ready to gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience while awaiting results.

At Porter Scott, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll work alongside experienced litigators on active cases, with opportunities to draft motions, conduct substantive legal research, participate in discovery and case strategy, and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.

Just as importantly, you’ll receive mentorship and guidance from attorneys who are invested in helping you develop into a strong litigator.

And when those Bar results come in? Our Post-Bar Law Clerk position is designed to provide a potential pathway to an Associate Attorney position with the firm.

At Porter Scott, we believe giving back should be meaningful...and sometimes a little messy.

Our Pie-A-Partner fundraiser brought our team together to support Front Street Animal Shelter, raising more than $700 through employee donations and shelter supplies.

To make an even bigger impact, Porter Scott matched those donations, bringing the total contribution to over $1,400 for local animals in need.

We're incredibly proud of our employees, volunteers, and partners for making this event such a fun and successful day.
