Another year around the sun, and I’m grateful for the journey, the wins, the lessons, the challenges, and the people who’ve trusted me along the way.

Building Actional Counsel has taught me that being a good lawyer isn’t just about knowing the law. It’s about showing up, listening, and doing the work with integrity.

The law may be the profession. The people behind the businesses, ideas, and decisions are what make the work matter.

That’s the kind of counsel I believe in. #

No one said it would be easy, but it is hard.

The law teaches you how to argue, analyze, and anticipate. But the profession teaches you something deeper.
It teaches you how to carry pressure without passing it to others. The weight is real, but so is the privilege.
And after all these years, I still don't take either one lightly.
