Here are the answers to yesterday pop quiz. Let's see how you did.

It's Sunday, the real estate day!

If you are thinking about buying a new to you home, this bit of advice is for you.

You may be thinking of some new furniture for your new great room, or new appliances for that new kitchen. How about a new car for your new gargage? No problem, but not now!

When you purchase your new home, you should freeze any credit purchases. Credit purchases can jeopordize getting your approval and actually stand in the way of getting your new home. Even if your purchase is cash, don't leave yourself short on closing costs.

So, of these examples of fine local retailers, can you select the one that is safe to shop at while house hunting and those to put on hold till after your closing?

National Cemeteries are places of rest for those heros and their families. Arlington National, iin Washington DC is probably the most known. Not every state has one.

In Michigan we have Great Lakes National in Holly and Fort Custer National in Augusta. Take the time to one day visit.
