Number one market share again. 🥇

And July 2026 was our biggest month ever. 197 homes and families served through Keller Williams Legacy Group. That’s a record for us.

Joe is a U.S. Navy veteran and Kentucky native who brings more than 18 years of sales and management experience to our team. His impressive background includes 5.5 years in Florida real estate sales, four years in sales and management with Clayton Homes, and nine years with Rent-A-Center, where he served in sales and as a District Manager overseeing teams throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida. Joe was drawn to Legacy Group because of our shared commitment to integrity, strong leadership, agent growth, and giving back to the communities we serve. 🏡

Throughout his career, Joe has developed a skill set that translates exceptionally well to real estate. His military service instilled discipline, accountability, and a service-first mindset, while his experience with Clayton Homes gave him valuable knowledge of manufactured, modular, and new-construction housing. Leading teams across multiple states also strengthened his ability to negotiate, solve problems under pressure, and guide people through important decisions with confidence and care. 🇺🇸

Our team leader spoke with our Regional Director Chad McCoy at Mega Camp and asked him one simple question: what did you learn this week?

His answer came down to three things.

1. You have to show up.
2. You have to be accountable.
3. You have to meet people where they are.

Chad oversees a region of over 4,200 agents, so when he talks, it carries weight.

Simple, but not easy. The difference is in actually living these out.
