Teamwork in real estate means getting pulled in every direction imaginable and somehow still making it all work. 😂🏡

While one of us is unlocking doors, attending closings and doing final walkthroughs, the other is answering calls, writing offers, scheduling inspections, chasing paperwork, and trying to remember if we ate lunch. ☕️😂

Some days are chaotic, but having a teammate means no one carries it alone. And our clients always have someone in their corner. 🫶🏼

Here’s yet another reason we’re thankful to be a real estate team. 🫶🏼

This week, Michelle had a gallstone get lodged in a duct which led to emergency surgery and a few unexpected days in the hospital. 🥺

Thankfully, she’s doing much better now and is on the road to recovery. 🙌🏼

One thing situations like this remind us of is how important it is to have people beside you that can step in when life happens. While Michelle focused on her health, business kept moving, clients were still taken care of, and nobody skipped a beat. ❤️
