At NC Capital Group, Phil focuses on due diligence, financial and market analysis, strategic redevelopment and repositioning, leasing, and property management. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in five states, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas.
