Real estate photography is fu***ng boring.
There, I said it.
Same angles.
Same HDR mush.
Same “stand in the corner and pray” bu****it.
Meanwhile, I just shot a million-dollar+ home at twilight and actually had some fun with it. Mood. Drama. Light. Energy. The kind of images that make people stop scrolling instead of yawning their way to the next listing.
Here’s the truth nobody wants to say out loud:
If your listing looks like every other house on the internet… it dies quietly.
Homes at this level don’t need safe.
They don’t need boring.
They don’t need “industry standard.”
They need presence.
They need swagger.
They need someone willing to break the rules and make buyers feel something.
More agents should stop playing it safe.
More photographers should grow a spine.
And more listings should actually be fun instead of looking like a Zillow factory line.
If you want cookie-cutter, hire anyone.
If you want a listing that punches people in the face (in a good way)… you already know who to call.
Let’s make real estate fun again. 🥃🔥
