Venice, this is a BIG development update 👀

Venice Commons is moving another step forward near Laurel Road and I-75, with a proposed Home Depot, outdoor garden center, and more commercial space planned in the area. This could be a major convenience boost for North Venice, but locals are also watching the traffic conversation closely.

SRQ Airport just keeps leveling up — and now it's getting its very own on-campus hotel.🏥

The Kompose Hotel is officially coming to the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport campus, and it's just the latest in a string of major upgrades at what has become one of the fastest-growing airports in the entire United States. SRQ went from 1.4 million passengers in 2018 to over 4.5 million in 2025 — a 230% jump. The airport already has a new five-gate concourse, fresh dining and retail options, and upgraded baggage handling. For buyers relocating to the Suncoast from out of state, the airport infrastructure here is a real selling point — and it keeps getting better.
