𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱.
It's something to understand.
Before investing in any multifamily syndication, ask:
❓ Who is operating the deal?
❓ How much experience do they have?
❓ What are the reserves?
❓ What is the exit strategy?
❓ What assumptions are being made?
The more questions you ask, the better investor you become.

✔️ Can it withstand higher expenses?

✔️ How much cash reserve is available?
The goal isn't to eliminate risk.
The goal is to understand and manage it.
