If you’re thinking about retiring in Arizona, Scottsdale might be the first place that comes to mind. But Prescott? It deserves a serious look. 🌲🏡

Here’s why so many retirees choose Prescott:

☀️ Four actual seasons — You still get plenty of Arizona sunshine, but with crisp fall days, cooler summers and even a little snow in the winter.

🌲 A cooler climate — At roughly a mile high, Prescott offers a very different Arizona experience than the Valley.

🥾 An outdoor lifestyle — Lakes, hiking trails, golf, kayaking and miles of beautiful scenery are right outside your door.

🤠 Small-town charm — Historic Wh***ey Row, local restaurants, community events and a downtown that actually feels like a downtown.

🏡 More breathing room — Depending on where you look, Prescott can offer larger lots, mountain views and a little more space from your neighbors.

🚗 But you’re not disconnected — Phoenix and Scottsdale are still close enough for an airport run, sporting event, concert or weekend getaway.

Scottsdale is fantastic if you want resort-style living, nightlife, luxury shopping and warm winters. But if your retirement vision looks more like mountain views, morning hikes, four seasons and a slower pace of life… Prescott might be your place.

Thinking about retiring in Prescott? We’d love to show you what living here is really like — not just the real estate, but the lifestyle.

SOLD. CLOSED. KEYS DELIVERED! 🎉🔑
Like most sellers this one was no exception wanting to start the listing price a bit high. We had the discussion about the pros and cons of doing this and depending on the amount of showings we receive or lack of showings without an offer will tell us how overpriced we are.

We had quite a few showings without an offer and the seller decided to pivot quickly to get the home moved which made all of the difference on getting it sold.

With a significant price reduction we got multiple offers! YES you are hearing me correctly that even in this slower market if PRICED RIGHT you will get multiple offers!!

This home sold in under a month because the seller listened to the professional he hired, ME, and listened to what the market told him. That is how you get it done!! 💪🏡

Congratulations again to our seller, and thank you for trusting me throughout the process!

Money can’t buy happiness…but it can buy you a home in Prescott, where fall actually feels like fall. 🎃🍂

We aren’t just selling houses. We’re helping you find:

• A front porch made for pumpkins
• Crisp mornings and cool evenings
• Colorful drives through the pines
• Weekends spent exploring local trails and fall events
• A neighborhood where people still wave hello
• And a place where your family can make memories through every season

Because buying a home isn’t only about bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. It’s about choosing the lifestyle that comes with it—and there’s something pretty special about fall in Prescott.

Ready to find your own pumpkin-perfect porch? Let’s talk. 🏡

Breakfast with a side of airplane watching? Only in Prescott. ✈️

Located near the Prescott Regional Airport, Susie’s Skyway Restaurant is the kind of local spot that feels like a step back in time—in the best possible way.

Visitors consistently love:

✈️ Watching planes from the window
🍳 Classic American breakfast and lunch
🏔️ Runway and mountain views
😊 Friendly, attentive service
🛩️ The nostalgic aviation atmosphere

The French toast, chicken-fried steak and refreshing raspberry tea also earn plenty of praise. It’s casual, welcoming and especially fun for families with kids who love airplanes.

📍 6500 Mac Curdy Drive, Prescott

Have you eaten at Susie’s? What’s your go-to order?
