Team 2 absolutely crushed it…actually more than doubled our goal…thanks to the fearless leadership of Jamie Pierce Fowler and our adorable little co-captain!💕 I’m Beyond grateful to have been picked for the most generous, spirited, and wildly competitive team in the house!💓💥🙌

And to the many friends who donated from near and far… my heart is overflowing. Special love to Dan Toback who seemed to receive a donation every time we turned around, 😂 and to Daniela Grillo…who so generously donated not once, but TWICE(I think actually more than that)… first to save me from feeding Jamie live crickets 😳🤣 and later to save me from getting my head shaved! Now THAT is love and support from a beautiful heart!!🙏💞🤗

🎉Congratulations are in order all the way around!🎉

Some transactions truly test every once of problem-solving skills…and this was one of them. Between multiple moving parts, unexpected hurdles, delays, and navigating an extremely challenging family dynamic, getting my Sellers inherited property to the closing table last Friday night, was no small feat!🙏

for their incredible professionalism, patience, communication, and teamwork throughout this process. Together, we worked through every obstacle and got it across the finish line, with only one, 2 day delay! So thankful for the collaboration and commitment it took to make this closing happen.💜

🙌Huge kudos to Pierce Stromberg, Spartan Site Solutions LLC, 561-346-1219, for truly saving the day during yet another unexpected hiccup. When it became clear the homeowners hadn’t cleared out nearly enough of their collected treasures, a couple days before closing…it was officially crunch time! Pierce came out the very next day, and despite additional delays and being temporarily turned away, graciously rearranged his schedule twice to return and get the job done. In just a matter of hours, with the utmost patience, professionalism, and efficiency. This is now the 3rd project I’ve partnered with Pierce on in just as many months, and let’s just say Spartan Site Solutions LLC, is officially on speed dial!
