Hailing from Chicago in 1971, Leigh moved to Fort Pierce with her two boys. She fell in love with the small town atmosphere, and then in 1974, with her wonderful husband Jerry. In 1987 Leigh obtained a Florida Real Estate license as well as a Broker’s license in 1999 and opened her own office. Through the years, Leigh obtained several designations and has continued her education at Indian River Co
mmunity College including Development Referral & Transfer Business (DRTB) and Personal Career Management (PCM). Leigh completed courses for VIP Specialist, Broker-Salesman Investment Qualification Course & Sale Associate Training, Marketing Masters Degree (The 10 Million Dollar Formula), C-21, 2 & 1 Training classes and the Leadership Training Graduate Mortgage Brokers Course. Lucie County Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) in 1997 and WCR President in 1998. Leigh held the following posts for the Pilot Club of Fort Pierce from 1991 to 1996; Treasurer, Vice President, President Elect and President. She was a Guardian Ad Litiem for the 19th Judicial Courts. Leigh has also been very active with the Realtor Association of St. Lucie (RASL) since 1987 having served as one of the directors with the Board from 2005 to 2008. She worked on the Ambassador committee for RASL in 2002 and was awarded the “People’s Choice” Hats Off Award in 2003 & 2006. Leigh sat on many RASL committees including, Financial, MLS, Nominating, Special Events, Communications and Bylaws. She is a Lifetime Member Multi-Million Dollar Club since 1990
