Do we know anyone looking for a house?
It is quite common that we get people calling that want to sell their house off market, but need to get a higher price than what we can afford as an investment property. But, these are always a good deal for someone that’s looking for a house to buy and move into. Almost always has decent equity opportunity and often are pretty nice houses. They will almost always pass any financing inspections, etc..

For instance, I know of one right now in the Bremerton area that would be a great buy for someone looking to get into a house and have a little bit of equity upfront. Four bedroom house, for $420.
