Here is what we see... 👇🏻

The pre-listing walkthrough where we decided what stays, what goes, and what gets fixed before a single photo is taken. The pricing conversation that took three rounds and a lot of honesty. The morning we met the photographer to make sure everything looked exactly as it should.

Weeks of showings and asking people to take their shoes off more times than we can count, the late-night call to talk through the first offer and whether good was actually good enough, the negotiation that went back and forth for days over things a buyer will never see and a seller will never forget.
