🗣 Need your thoughts on Airbnb/Vrbo reviews!
I had a recent guest who was super happy, told me everything was great, and we communicated really well throughout the stay. We even went above and beyond to make their experience special.

So I was surprised when I received a 4-star review — not 5. 🤔
When I kindly followed up to ask if there was anything we could have done better, this was the reply:

“To give a 5-star review, everything has to be 100% perfect.
• The TV sound carries through the house.
• One closet had some games and extra items inside.”

Now I’m wondering:
What does a 5-star review really mean to YOU?
