Jerome Ave Update: all 3 homes now have windows and roofing complete.

Here's where each one stands: House 1 is nearing full completion inside and out. Houses 2 and 3 are still under construction, with house 3 needing siding to finish out the exterior. Once that's on, all three will be fully closed in and moving toward final finishes.

This is the stage where you can really see the homes coming together.
