Plainfield Minooka Joliet Channahon Shorewood

Isaiah and his Sophomore Minooka Football Team were able to hold off St. Charles North 35-20 in his 1st Friday Night Lights game that was delayed several times because of storms. He's playing Right Cornerback, and he played alright for the 1st game. I'm excited for him and his team this Friday against Nequa Valley for their 1st Home Game!

We made it in late last night to the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC; to move in our incoming Freshmen Jayla Mama and our Sophomore Liana Mama!

If cars and roads could talk man they would tell y'all some stories! Nevertheless, we made it safely and didn't loose any luggage. We many close calls and eas scraping ground on ramps uneven roads that we often held our breath on.

Fortunately, no cargo lost; only 1 ratchet strap ; )

A GOOD AGENT TELLS YOU WHAT YOU DON’T WANT TO HEAR

One of the most expensive 💲 things an agent can do?

Tell you what you want to hear.👂

Tell a seller any price 🔖 just to get the listing.

Tell a buyer every house is a great house.

Avoid the hard conversation because it’s uncomfortable. 😨

That’s not helping you.

Sometimes my job is to say, “We need to adjust.”

Or, “I don’t think this is the one.” 🏚

You may not always love my answer in the moment.

But I’d rather have one hard conversation now than watch you pay for it later.

That’s what an advisor is supposed to do.🎯

🧍‍♂️THE SELLER ASKED FOR THE VIDEO 📽

My seller didn’t ask me when the sign was going up.

He asked me when the video 🎥 was dropping.

And honestly? I loved that. 💯

Because sellers are paying 👀 attention to how their home is being marketed.

They’ve cleaned. 🧼 They’ve prepared. 🛠 They’ve trusted you with one of their biggest assets. 🏠

So putting it on the MLS and hoping buyers find it?

That’s not enough for me. 🤔

I want my sellers excited when they see their home.🏘

And I want buyers to stop 🛑when they see it.
