We have some exciting news‼️…

“Acker Lambert Hinton P.A.,” is now “Cleveland Hinton.” We continue the tradition of the law firm established by our mentor and friend, Ken Acker. Ken Acker practiced law in Pickens from 1968 until 2020. Honoring Mr. Acker, Cleveland Hinton is naming the building located at 859 Pendleton Road in Pickens, SC, “The Acker Building.”

Our law firm was founded in 1993 and served citizens of Pickens County in the areas of real estate transactions, probate, and estate planning. Sean Hinton joined the practice in 2015 and added the practice areas of family law, personal injury, and criminal defense. Baker Cleveland joined the firm in 2019 after serving Pickens County as an assistant solicitor for over a decade. Mr. Cleveland became a partner of the firm this year.

Our law firm, in its new chapter as Cleveland Hinton, will continue to serve Pickens County residents in the areas of trial work, real estate transactions, probate, and estate planning.
