🚨 IT'S FINALLY TIME... 200 SOUTH C STREET IS OFFICIALLY FOR SALE! 🚨

You guys have followed this house with us for a LONG time, so before it hits the market next week, we wanted Facebook to hear it first.

We are listing 200 South C Street for $749,000. ❤️🏡

And we finally have the professional pictures back, so you get to see the finished house the way we've been waiting to show it!

The response to this house over the last couple of weeks has honestly been crazy. We opened it to the public last weekend and had somewhere around 400–500 people walk through the doors.

While everyone was there, we asked what they thought the house should be listed for. We received more than 130 price opinions.

The highest guess? $1.8 MILLION. 😂

The average? Almost $900,000.

After everything, we've decided to bring it to market at $749,000.

For anyone just joining us, this isn't a quick flip.

This home was originally built in 1900, and for the last two years we've been completely rebuilding it while trying to save as much of its original character as possible.

We took it all the way down, rebuilt what needed to be rebuilt, replaced the major systems, redesigned the floor plan and brought it back to life but we didn't want to turn a 126-year-old house into something that felt brand new.

We were able to keep and reuse so many pieces of the original home, including the transom windows, original doors, trim, and several of the fireplaces. Those are the things that make this house what it is.

This whole project is such a vibe. I can't wait to share the full exterior before and after transformation. Turning a brick ranch into a mid century modern beauty has been an incredible project to be a part of.

But for now let's talk about this carport privacy slat wall. We were challenged to create something funky and disruptive and I think we absolutely nailed the inspiration picture that was shared.

We're getting professional pictures tomorrow and should be able to bring you all the pictures and the listing the first of the week.

Let's talk about this kitchen and a little about the house.

This room was kind of a bedroom, it had a pass through from the front dining room and a exterior door to the porch. But it was used as a bedroom and there wasn't really a better use at the time.

We decided to bring the kitchen forward into this room so it had an exterior door entrance and was connected to the dining room with ability to see into the living room. I feel like this location is perfect for the kitchen. It gave us so much space to work with we ended up with pretty much three pantries and over 9 FT Island.

This house was originally built and finished in 1900. A lot of the rooms had transom windows and pass throughs because they didn't have air conditioning back then so they would open up the front door in the back door, open up the transom windows, and that was your air conditioning.

We kept the front and back door in the same locations and kept the giant hallway in between. We also kept all of the original transom windows we could keep and added a couple more.

The living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and back bedroom all had fireplaces. Again there was no heat so this was how you heated your house. We were able to keep, just for looks, four of those fireplaces. Including the one in the kitchen.

So the true before and after is going to be what the room looked like before to what it is now.

Are you guys ready for some before and afters?? I'll do a couple this week as we wait for our listing to be finalized. They are all pretty wild.

Some of the before and afters are different from normal since the primary bathroom is now where the kitchen was, the kitchen is where a bedroom was, and the whole upstairs is where the attic was 😂.

We should be getting professional pictures back this week and hopefully have this beauty on the market by the weekend. If you are interested in it pre-market just shoot us a message. Pricing and more info to come this week.

1st up... One of my favorite rooms in the whole house, the primary bathroom. We were able to save the exposed brick from the fireplace that was in the original kitchen. We decided during design to use it as a backdrop for the vanity. This bathroom was really hard to figure out how to lay out and took us several trips. We ended up with a soaking tub, standalone walk-in shower, water closet with a door, walk-in closet with a closet system, Bluetooth exhaust fans, and a simply incredible design.

We are waiting on some glass for the shower enclosure, but other than that it's pretty much wrapped up.

Everyone loved the master bath, well table conversion, transom windows, kitchen, but most of all, people LOVED the restoration of the fireplaces. I'll share 1 of the 4 we kept. This is in the Primary bedroom 👀
