What's better than once couple buying a garage? THREE couples! These pals all have a love of motorcycles, old cars and friend hangs so it made perfect sense when this residential garage popped up that they all get together and purchased as a group. Two of the six were past clients of PHG agent so they reached out when it hit the market. There was a ton of interest on social about this little slice and in the end they beat out FIVE offers! It will now be forever known as the best clubhouse around to work on bikes and cars and to while away the weekend hours with friends! Congrats friends!

Welcome to Philly Cris and Dave! These two were referred to PHG by a very dear friend of ours. Moving from a lovely smaller town in Massachusetts they knew they wanted to be in the action of Philly- with restaurants out their front door, a chilled martini nearby, and friendly neighbors to meet and build a community with. As with many long distance house hunters they came to visit and had to find their neighborhood which is HARD given that Philly has so many great ones! They toured homes all around in person but nothing was quite right. Then a home came on the market that checked all the boxes but they were back in MA. PHG agent got out her phone and worked her virtual showing skills. With the trust they built with Rachel they felt confident saying "let's go for it" sight unseen! They flew in for the inspection and saw if for the first time that day. Dave said "I'm so excited I never have to mow the lawn again" 😂💕. Congrats Dave and Cris!

Amalia closed on the "Instagram House"! She wasn't even thinking of buying but when saw this cutie home with "fish stairs" and warm designer details she HAD to at least see it. She got in touch with PHG agent Erin D and within 36 HOURS she was under contract!!! She (and all the rest of us) is so in love with all the features, and in fact has been in collaboration with the seller to make sure all is preserved and kept up the way it should be. Congrats Maura and Wally! They were renting in Fairmount and felt like switching up neighborhoods once they started the house hunt. They searched with PHG agent and about 20ish homes they finally found one that checked the boxes!
