Happy 2 ish month homeaversary to Kathryne and Shamir. Kathryne reached out to PHG when she and her fiancé were in the early stages of exploring purchasing an investment property. Just before starting the hunt and reviewing numbers with lender , she switched gears and decided to purchase a primary residence instead. The home buying crew went out one time and she fell in love with a newer construction with a back patio and a roof deck! No competitive offers and the sellers were hoping for a quick close. Eileen and John are no strangers to Philly even though they just moved here! Their daughter Stephanie actually moved about 4 years ago- she worked with and mom Eileen came along for the house hunt. In fact Eileen takes credit for finding "the one" that Stephanie ended up calling home 🤣. The whole time they were house hunting Eileen was falling in love with all the houses... and lo and behold here we are 4 years later, this time working with (aka Liz). They found a great condo with tons of light, an indoor lap pool all right in the heart of Philly! They hit the home search with PHG agent Erin Dennison along with lender . Fishtown was at the top of the location list, but were open to exploring other neighborhoods. No need though because the cutie they found is full of style and in their first choice neighborhood (aka Fishtown)! It is quaint, full of character and updated. A perfect ending to a breezy search.
