Imagine auditioning for a show and before tech week is over you're buying a house! Kelly and PHG agent are in the same production of Urinetown. When rehearsals began Kelly mentioned she was ready to put down roots in the city that she had been renting in. Keeping work and art separate, Kate introduced her to fellow agent Erin D and Kelly was on her way! They looked at about 10 homes together when Kelly spotted one in Brewerytown that caught her eye. At their tour she fell in love, it had a big bay window for her kitties to lounge in and a gorgeous deck outside for friends to gather. Now just a few short weeks later, days before opening night (which IS TONIGHT- a few tix still available for the weekend!) she closed and got her keys. The cast had a big cheers for her the night of her settlement 💕 Once the run is over she will be ready to move in and we're thinking cast party for the next production!!! Congrats, welcome home and break a leg this weekend Kelly!!

Monica found the one! PHG agent and Monica looked at a few homes, and none were quite right. However touring other places was not lost on Kate because she was quietly observing what Monica's reactions were and what were her likes and dislikes. That's when it came to her! Kate had friends that about a year ago were looking to list one of their properties that they were renting to tenants. It wasn't the right time for them to let go, so they held onto it. Until... they recently got a call from Kate. She knew that that home had ALL the must-haves for Monica and it would be the perfect fit. Turns out it was perfect timing for the sellers and the deal was ON! Never even hit the market. Monica was so happy, she had to stop Jeanne in the office and say thank you for connecting her with Kate and she couldn't believe the search was done! Congrats and welcome home Monica!

Meet savvy homeowner Kristin! She called us and was connected with . She wanted to stay in the Passyunk Square area where she was renting. After realizing that may be out of budget Peter nudged her to look at the neighborhood next door, Newbold which was much more affordable. They ended up finding a home (on the same block Pete's mom lived on for 6 years!). It was super competitive but they snuck in a walk and talk inspection the morning offers were due. Feeling confident in the home they were able to make and offer and won! All was smooth until the day of closing when Peter got Covid. He wasn't there to celebrate but we sent off Kristin with a happy new homeowner parade. Congrats and welcome home Kristin!

Calm, thoughtful, and always showing up with a positive attitude, she’s the kind of agent you instantly feel comfortable with. Beyond real estate, she’s genuinely just lovely to be around. She's kind, funny, and always bringing good energy to a team event. More happy May clients! Alexa and Joe were renting in Center City for the last few years and tired of traffic, congestion and noise. When they connected with PHG agent @rachelfrancesshaw they were looking for a house with parking in Queen Village. They found one that has a driveway AND garage so they can pull right in. Alexa and Joe KNEW it was the one and can't wait to put their touch and bring it up to date. They're especially excited about making the backyard a magical spot in the middle of the city. Mia the pup already loves all the space of HER house 😂 and the deep window sills make for perfect neighborhood watching. Congrats and welcome home Joe and Alexa!
