Beyoncé Knowles-Carter’s haircare brand Cécred and the BeyGOOD Foundation are launching the 2026 Cécred x BeyGOOD Fund, committing $250,000 to support aspiring hairstylists, barbers, and beauty professionals through scholarships and workforce development initiatives.

The program will award $25,000 grants to 10 cosmetology and barbering schools across the U.S. and U.K., helping students offset rising tuition and equipment costs while pursuing careers in the beauty industry.

Since launching in 2024, the initiative has distributed $1 million in scholarships and salon business grants, reflecting the growing economic influence of the Black beauty industry and its role in entrepreneurship and generational wealth creation.

Choose Business Partners Like a Marriage 💼🤝🏗️
Choosing a business partner is not casual…
it’s a long-term commitment.
In real estate development, one project can tie you to someone for years — through acquisitions, financing, construction, delays, challenges, and problem-solving.
That’s why business partners should be vetted like you would vet someone for marriage.
Ask yourself:
Can they communicate clearly?
Do they listen and respect your perspective?
Can they solve problems when things get hard?
Will they carry their share of the workload?
Do your values align?
Can you trust them when pressure shows up?
Because development is not always smooth.
There will be obstacles.
Decisions will need to be made quickly.
Money will be involved.
Responsibilities must be shared.
You need partners who:
• communicate honestly
• offer strategic advice
• help solve problems
• execute consistently
• split responsibilities fairly
The right partner will help you build faster.
The wrong partner can slow everything down.

Choosing Christ is My Only Option 💯

God, Confidence, and Grace built this version of me.

Not overnight success.
Not everything going right.
Not always knowing exactly what I was doing.

Just God teaching me how to trust Him when things did not make sense.

There were seasons where I felt stretched, overlooked, tired, and honestly unsure, but I kept showing up anyway. I learned that confidence is not something you suddenly wake up with. It is built quietly through obedience, healing, and choosing faith even when fear is present.

God worked on me before He ever worked through me.

And grace kept me soft during seasons that could have easily made me hard. Grace reminded me that I did not have to rush, compare, or prove anything to anyone. What God has for me does not require me to become someone else to receive it.

Now I move differently.
More peace and less pressure.
More alignment and less noise.

I am not perfect. I am growing.
I am not finished. I am becoming.

The confidence people see today did not come from applause. It came from knowing who walks with me every step of the way.

God, confidence, and grace.
That is the foundation.

Still building. Still trusting. Still covered.

WAIT. The City of Newark is selling properties for $100. This is not a Drill!
