We’re excited to welcome Melissa Kuran to Engel & Völkers Distinct Real Estate.

Melissa brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to real estate, shaped by experience in project management, entrepreneurship, and serving clients across multiple markets. She earned her marketing degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island, bringing a strong business foundation to her client-focused approach.

Originally from New Hampshire, Melissa’s real estate journey began in Northeast Ohio before expanding to North Carolina, where she developed a focus on luxury lake homes and built a reputation for delivering a thoughtful, client-centered experience.

After experiencing the Engel & Völkers brand firsthand at EVX, Melissa was drawn to the boutique feel, elevated standards, and client-centered approach that aligned naturally with her own philosophy of service.

Known for taking the time to truly understand each client’s story, Melissa believes that exceptional real estate guidance begins with listening.

Melissa also owns Busy Bee Bakery in downtown Wooster, reflecting the same dedication to service, connection, and attention to detail that defines her approach to real estate.
