Even while I was studying for my accounting degree I envisioned myself being heavily involved in the business, I just wasn't quite sure what angle I would take. Soon, I learned there are MANY different ways to get involved in real estate. Fast forwarding to today, I now have purchased homes for my own family to live in, analyzed hundred of houses for investment purposes, managed my own investment
properties as well as managed for my clients. With years of built up knowledge, I've since discovered the joy of teaching. I've always enjoyed helping others analyze a potential house flip or buy and hold investment. However, as a realtor, I also have the skill set to teach a new home buyer what to look out for in their journey for their first home. Buying a home can be stressful, but with knowledge and the right guidance it should be a fun experience.
