NAS Pensacola Homes Select homes available to rent to military retirees, DOD civilian employees and the general public.

Located along the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola, NAS Pensacola Homes is a residential community offering a variety of rental homes to active duty Navy families assigned to Naval Air Station Pensacola. Our rental homes at Naval Air Station Pensacola are available in two, three, and four-bedroom floor plans featuring updated finishes, central air, fully-equipped kitchens and ample storage space. NAS Pensacola Homes residents enjoy the very walkable, pet-friendly community’s many amenities, including a splash park, playgrounds, community center featuring a fitness room and game room, as well as easy access to all of the NAS Pensacola facilities.

🌀 Hurricane Update | Office Closure Notice

Due to the approaching hurricane and anticipated severe weather conditions, our community offices are closed for the remainder of today, October 9, to ensure the safety of our residents and team members.

We will provide additional updates regarding the reopening of our office as conditions allow.

We encourage all residents to stay weather-aware, secure outdoor belongings, and monitor local weather reports and official Installation communications for important updates.

The safety and well-being of our residents and team members remain our top priority.

NAS Pensacola will be set to COR I NLT 11:00, 09 OCT. Please see the attachment, as it provides important information related to this communication.
Hurricane stickers will continue to be available from 08:00-10:45 tomorrow, 09 OCT.
Our Team will be sending any necessary communications through today and up to any landfall that we may see. Please stay tuned to your local media, as well as our page and the Installation's page for additional updates and important information.

In accordance with Escambia County and surrounding county mandatory evacuations, evacuation is authorized for servicemembers and/or families in those impacted areas. While not mandatory, Family housing for NAS Pensacola and Corry Station is also authorized evacuation. Tenant commands are responsible for all reimbursements if families exercise this authority. Please contact your Command POC for additional information regarding authorized evacuation if needed. Please see the attached tri-fold for additional information.

Dear Residents,

We hope you and your families are doing well.

We are closely monitoring the potential impacts of severe weather in our area. Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our residents, staff, and guests, we have made the decision to postpone our upcoming Flannel Fest event.

We know many of you were looking forward to gathering together for this fun community event, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this change may cause. The safety and well-being of our community must remain our top priority as we monitor the forecast and potential weather conditions.

We are currently working to identify a new date and will share additional details as soon as they become available. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

In the meantime, please continue to stay weather-aware and take any necessary precautions to prepare for potential storm impacts. We look forward to celebrating with everyone when conditions are safe.
