🏡 Some of the biggest issues in a home are the ones buyers never see during a showing.

Take these two inspections, for example:

🐿️ We found an unexpected tenant inside an electrical panel—a reminder that even areas hidden behind a cover can reveal safety concerns.

🏠 We also found a home with a previous structural foundation repair in the crawl space. Repairs like these aren’t necessarily deal breakers, but they’re important for buyers to understand before closing.

This is a full-time W2 position serving Metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We’re looking for someone who already has home inspection experience, holds a current inspector certification, communicates well with clients and agents, and is ready to grow with a supportive, established company.

We provide paid onboarding and training, major inspection tools and equipment, company-paid memberships, paid vacation and holidays, and earning potential of approximately $55,000–$85,000 annually based on experience and production.
