The first $100,000 offer wasn’t the end of this client’s case.

We believed his case was worth more and encouraged him to pursue an underinsured motorist claim through his own insurance policy. He was hesitant at first, but that claim ultimately resulted in an additional $150,000 recovery.

When we take a case on a contingency fee basis, we take on risk alongside our client.

Our fee comes from a percentage of the recovery, and we invest the time, staff, resources, and money needed to build the case. If there’s no recovery, we don’t collect an attorney’s fee, and we absorb what we’ve invested.
