If I knew my time was running out, here’s what I’d do:
Write letters to my sons about every milestone I’ve watched them reach and every milestone that lays ahead for them. Publish the book of poetry that’s been sitting in my desk. Take my family to my favorite place in the world. Write down every family recipe we love. Fill a digital photo frame so our memories play on a loop forever. And record myself singing every one of my kids’ favorite songs, so they’d always have my voice.
These are the things that actually matter to me. And now I can’t stop asking myself — so why am I waiting?

We spent two weeks planning tonight’s event, and due to a miscommunication with the venue, we ended up with less space than expected—at times, it was standing room only.

And honestly? It was a perfect real-life reminder of something we talk about all the time: even with preparation, things don’t always go according to plan.

That’s exactly why this work matters. Estate planning isn’t about predicting every outcome—it’s about creating clarity, guidance, and peace of mind so the people you love aren’t left scrambling when the unexpected happens.

Grateful for a community that showed up with patience, flexibility, and openness to learn. Thank you to all who attended and thank you for understanding to those we had to turn away- we’ll make it up to you. 🤍
