What a journey this closing has been!

After two contracts fell through due to buyer financing, we finally found the right buyers—a wonderful young couple purchasing their very first home. It was such a blessing to see this home go to a truly deserving family. Their agent was also an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and collaborative every step of the way.

🏡 Back on the market… but had gone under contract again within 4 days!

Sometimes in real estate, deals fall apart through no fault of the buyer or seller. In this case, the previous buyer’s financing fell through, which meant the home had to go back on the market.

The good news? It only took 4 days to secure another accepted offer, and we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT again! 🎉

This is a great reminder that setbacks don’t always mean the end of the story. With the right pricing, strong marketing, and persistence, the right buyer will come along. I’m so grateful for my clients’ trust throughout the process, and as always, all glory goes to God for His faithfulness every step of the way. 🙏🏡

Every closing is important to me because behind every transaction is a person or family trusting me to help guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I always do my best to ensure a smooth and stress-free process, but sometimes unexpected challenges arise that are beyond anyone’s control.
