✨MARKET UPDATE✨ In February, the Portland market continued its shift toward a more balanced, negotiable environment. New listings increased by 17% year over year. While at the same time, total market time rose to 91 days, up 15.2%, which means sellers should expect longer listing periods, more emphasis on pricing strategy and presentation, and a higher likelihood of needing concessions to get deals done. Overall, this data points to a market where buyers can be more selective and negotiate, and sellers who adapt with realistic pricing and strong marketing will remain competitive.
