Congratulations to my amazing buyer who is under contract on a gorgeous home in Villebois! Previously, my client had some negative experiences with realtors and with real estate in general… with me she can take her time, build trust and know I will always have her back. I’m making sure her experience is different now- and that her best interests come first. We are pending on this 7 acre new construction property overlooking the Prineville reservoir! This market is hard. Any realtor saying otherwise is not telling you the truth. What you need now more than ever is a persistent, creative and tough agent. And I’m tough as nails. 🔨

My seller stuck it out and trusted me. We stayed patient but persistent. And we are going to prevail! Now let’s get this one closed. And wow- the new buyers are going to get to enjoy the best views in all of Prineville and so much instant equity.

Honey, this townhome is SO GOOD! And congratulations to my first time home buyer and her amazing mama who just closed on it! They are going to have so much fun having family dinners together, enjoying the two decks and playing mini golf! (Which they can see as part of their new backyard views!) They’ll also get to see the beautiful Happy Valley sunsets. 🌅

I’m thankful they chose me to be their realtor and I’m proud of what we accomplished for them on this one! It’s a very happy key day.
