Aegis Law is a growing Alabama law firm with a practice spanning criminal defense, family law, personal injury, estate planning, and small business outside general counsel and we’re looking for a sharp, organized legal assistant to join our team.

This isn’t simply a file-and-answer-phones role. You’ll work directly with the firm’s owner on active matters, client communications, and firm operations. We move fast and hold high standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Prior legal office experience preferred
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball
• Professional client-facing demeanor
• Familiarity with case management software (Clio experience a plus)
